Individual Rate: Age 5-25
$75 / month
Individual Rate: Age 26 - 64
$150 / month
Individual Rate: Age 65+

Family Rate
Age 5-19 with a parent member

2 adult household members, $250 / month
Non-Member Rates
These rates cover consultation and sending in prescriptions. Does not cover follow-up, procedures, tests, or referrals
House Calls
Pricing depends on location, time of day/evening, and holidays
Virtual Visit
$150 / up to 45 minutes (Directly with Dr. Stanton)

*Consultations will NOT involve ANY controlled substances or pain medications
*Consultation fee will be refunded less $50 convenience fee if it is determined on initial assessment that the patient needs
