Monthly Memberships: $25 - $300

If you have a specific membership question please contact us. Memberships are priced out according to age of the patient.
Individual Rate: Age 5-25
$75 / month
Individual Rate: Age 26 - 64
$150 / month
Individual Rate: Age 65+
$200 / month
Family Rate
Age 5-19 with a parent member
$25 / month
2 adult household members, $250 / month
Non-Member Rates
These rates cover consultation and sending in prescriptions. Does not cover follow-up, procedures, tests, or referrals
House Calls
$300+ / depending on distance, time of day/night, holidays, and weekends
Virtual Visit
$150 / 20 minutes (Directly with Dr. Stanton)
Non-Member Coverage
*These rates cover consultation and sending in prescriptions.

*Consultations will NOT involve ANY controlled substances or pain medications
*Consultation fee will be refunded less $50 convenience fee if it is determined on initial assessment that the patient needs
